Include in your message
- The email you used at checkout (for license or billing questions)
- Your browser and device
- A screenshot if something looks wrong. Please don't send your children's details unless you need to; an exported plan with nicknames works fine.

Billing
Payments, invoices and VAT receipts are handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Your receipt email has links to manage or cancel your subscription.
Lost your plan?
Plans are saved only in the browser you used, so we can't recover them for you. Use “Export JSON” regularly to keep a backup.
